Michael Damiano
Chairman

Dr. Damiano is a Co-Founder and the Chairman of Manson River LTD. He also serves as Corporate Counsel for the company. Graduating from the University of California in 1974, Dr. Damiano went on to receive his doctorate degree from Southwestern University in 1980. His experience in corporate law and taxation has allowed Dr. Damiano enable several enterprises, large and small, to achieve outstanding success.

Jared M. Rose
Director and President

Mr. Rose is a Co-Founder, Director, and President of Manson River LTD. With a background in Business Management, Marketing, and Psychology Mr. Rose has developed expertise in increasing individual and company performance. Mr. Rose has personally consulted and coached more than 270 companies in successfully increasing their bottomline revenue and profits. Serving as President, Mr. Rose has also managed a Business Consulting firm.

Manson River LTD is a Nevada corporation with an interest in Placer mining operations located in British Columbia, Canada. The Company's primary focus is on the mining and sales of precious metals, including black sands and mineral ore concentrates.

Manson River has an experienced management, operations, and development team with over 84 years of combinded experience in all aspects of business management and development.

Manson River has a strong, function oriented, integrated structure which appropriately presents the lines of responsibility and authority for all the key functions of the Company: Legal, Mining, Operations, Sales, Business Development, and Financial.

Due to the nature of the precious and noble metal deposits, and the size of the Manson River property, the Company is well positioned to control a valuable hard asset and anticipates many years of mining.
